Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and DispatchDom ("DispatchDom," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the DispatchDom platform, including related software, features, content, and services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing the Service, logging in, submitting data, or using any feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" will also refer to that entity.

Eligibility & Authorized Use

DispatchDom is intended for authorized business use only. It is not intended for public consumer use or general public signup.

To access the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction;
• Receive authorization from a DispatchDom administrator, account holder, or authorized company representative;
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes within the scope of your assigned role; and
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and workplace policies.

Unauthorized access attempts, credential sharing, or use outside your approved role are prohibited.

Software License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, DispatchDom grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal authorized business operations during the period your access remains active.

DispatchDom is licensed, not sold. No title or ownership in the software, platform, or any part of it is transferred to you. Your rights are limited to the use expressly allowed under these Terms.

This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or republish the Service or any part of it;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the Service;
• Distribute, sublicense, sell, resell, lease, transfer, or otherwise make the Service available to third parties;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code or underlying logic from the Service;
• Remove or obscure proprietary notices, branding, or labels;
• Use the Service to build or support a competing product or service; or
• Benchmark or publicly disclose Service performance without written permission.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by DispatchDom.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

DispatchDom and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, source code, workflows, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, branding, logos, trade names, trade secrets, and related intellectual property.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any DispatchDom intellectual property to you. Your use of the Service does not grant you any rights except the limited license stated in Section 3.

You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant DispatchDom a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Data solely as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for authorized use.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, or feedback about the Service, DispatchDom may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation;
• Copies, scrapes, crawls, harvests, or systematically extracts Service content or data except as expressly authorized;
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, database, or network related to the Service;
• Introduces malware, malicious code, or other harmful material;
• Impersonates another person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation;
• Bypasses, disables, or interferes with security or access controls;
• Shares, sublicenses, resells, or transfers access to unauthorized parties;
• Uses the Service to build, support, or inform a competing product; or
• Disrupts, damages, or impairs the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You may not share your account with any other person. Each authorized user must use an individually assigned account.

You must notify your administrator or DispatchDom promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without authorization.

DispatchDom is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Suspension & Termination

DispatchDom may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including where we reasonably believe:

• These Terms have been violated;
• Use of the Service creates security, legal, operational, or reputational risk;
• Your company administrator has requested access removal;
• Applicable fees or subscriptions are unpaid, expired, or canceled; or
• The Service is being changed, retired, or discontinued.

Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms immediately end. Sections that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and restrictions on use.

Service Availability

DispatchDom may experience downtime, interruptions, maintenance windows, delays, or errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time. Where practical, we may provide notice of significant operational changes, but we are not obligated to do so in every case.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPATCHDOM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY.

DispatchDom does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for your particular needs, or that any data or output will always be accurate, complete, or available.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DispatchDom and its owners, operators, affiliates, licensors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, or data, arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DispatchDom's total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

• the amount paid by you or your organization to DispatchDom for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or
• USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

Updates to These Terms

DispatchDom may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we may revise the effective date shown on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
